Claire Nicol provides confidential online counselling built around three promises: confidentiality, convenience, and connection. Therapy is a personal decision, and a counselling website carries a lot of weight. It has to feel safe, professional, and welcoming before a prospective client ever makes contact.
The brief
Claire wanted to redesign her website but was unsure how to proceed. She needed a partner to guide the process and produce a site that communicated her approach clearly, conveyed warmth and trust, and made booking a session simple.
What we built
We redesigned the site with a calm, uncluttered look that reflects the practice's values. We laid out Claire's approach and the modalities she offers, explained how online sessions work, and built clear, low-pressure paths to get in touch and book. Throughout, we kept the experience gentle, mindful that visitors may be reaching out at a difficult time.
The result
